How to order your videos and photos

Ordering Photos and Videos

Videos: Select your trial and date below and click on the order videos now button. From there you can view the sample videos for the event. Note the sample videos will not be of your dog running. All videos are custom created when ordered. The sample videos are there to give you an idea of what to expect from your own video. For example camera angles and how they are cut together, and title cards used. Select the videos you want to purchase and email us here or at PlayPawsRecord@gmail.com the name of the trial, the runs desired, the handlers name, and the dog's name. Please also include a brief description of your dog.

Prices of videos will vary depending on the complexity of the video and event. The price of each video will be listed in the description. You will be sent an invoice to your email address once you place the order with instructions on how to complete payment.

Once your order is placed and paid for, the videos are custom made and will take up to 7 business days to complete. Once completed you will be sent a link to download the video. You have 30 days to download the video and then it will be removed.

Alternatively for an additional fee we can save all of your videos on to a USB Flash drive and mail that to you with your videos. Please specify when ordering if you would prefer that option.

Note all videos are HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 and are delivered as MP4's. If you would like the video to be formatted differently please specify when ordering.

Photos: Select your trial and date below. View the thumbnails of the photos and select the ones you want to purchase and email us here or at PlayPawsRecord@gmail.com the assigned photo number along with a brief description of your dog and their name.

You will be sent an invoice to your email address once you place the order with instructions on how to complete payment. Prices for photos vary depending on the event and the price will be listed at the top of the events page. For the price listed you will get a high resolution digital file with unlimited personal use and printing authorization, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is placed and paid for, the photos are enhanced and optimized and will take up to 3 days to complete. Once completed you will be sent a link to download the photos. You have 30 days to download the photos and then they will be removed.
